Yes. Hypothesis and Shoplabs AI are the same company. Hypothesis rebranded to Shoplabs AI in 2026. The legal entity, the founding team, the product and all existing customer contracts are unchanged. Only the name and the website address changed.
What happened to hypothesis.co.in?
hypothesis.co.in is the legacy Hypothesis website. It remains online as this rebrand notice and directs visitors to shoplabs.ai, the current official website for Shoplabs AI. Every former page on hypothesis.co.in now redirects to its equivalent on shoplabs.ai, and hypothesis.co.in email addresses still work.
Does the Hypothesis Shopify app still work?
Yes. The Shopify app previously listed as 'Hypothesis: Voice AI Calling' is now published by Shoplabs AI. Existing installations continue to run with no action required from merchants, and the app now supports inbound support calling in addition to abandoned-cart recovery.
